Content created via AI models belongs to you subject to the licenses of the model providers. You are responsible for respecting third-party rights when writing prompts (brands, characters, public figures).
Generating content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, violence, pornography, extremism, or deepfakes of real people without their consent is strictly prohibited. Violation leads to account blocking without token refund.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for downtime of third-party AI providers, changes in their policies, result quality, or any indirect damages.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
